AgriRasoi – Platform Use, Intellectual Property, and Disclaimers
10.1. Subject to compliance with these Terms, AgriRasoi hereby grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable privilege to access and use the Platform. You agree to use the Platform only: (a) for purposes that are permitted by the Terms; (b) in accordance with any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted local practices or guidelines; and (c) for availing the farm-fresh grocery and ingredient delivery services through the Platform. You agree not to engage in activities that may adversely affect the use of the Platform by AgriRasoi and/or other Users.
10.2. You agree that the Platform or any portion of the Platform shall not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from AgriRasoi.
10.3. You agree not to frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or any other proprietary product information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the AgriRasoi Platform.
10.4. You agree not to access (or attempt to access) the Platform by any means other than through the interface that is provided by AgriRasoi. You shall not use any deep-link, robot, spider, or other automatic device, program, algorithm, or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Platform or Content. You shall not in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Platform, materials, or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents, or information through any means not specifically made available through the Platform.
10.5. Further, You undertake not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information or reviews on the Platform that:
10.6. You shall solely be responsible for maintaining the necessary smartphone equipment, internet gadgets, and cellular data connections that may be required to access, use, and place delivery orders on the Platform.
10.7. You understand and acknowledge that by using the Platform, You may encounter high-level ingredient descriptions or user reviews that may be deemed by some Users to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You agree to use the Platform at Your sole risk, and to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, AgriRasoi shall have no liability to You for content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable to You.
11.1. The AgriRasoi Platform, its proprietary internal databases, and their selection and arrangement—including but not limited to texts, brand packaging designs, videos, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, logo assets, artwork, and computer code (collectively, the “Content”)—on the Platform are owned by AgriRasoi. The design, structure, look and feel, and arrangement of such Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and various other intellectual property laws.
11.2. The trademarks, logos, brand names, and service marks displayed on the Platform (“Marks”) are the exclusive property of AgriRasoi. You are not permitted to use the Marks without the prior express written consent of AgriRasoi. Access or use of the Platform does not authorize any party to use the AgriRasoi trademark or logo in any manner whatsoever.
11.3. References on the Platform to any external names, marks, or third-party product links are provided solely for customer convenience and do not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation, whether express or implied, by AgriRasoi.
11.4. Where the Platform contains links to other sites or third-party digital gateways, these links are provided for information only. AgriRasoi has no visibility or control over the contents available through those external sites and agrees that it bears no liability for them.
11.5. The “AgriRasoi” word mark, its phonetic variances, and associated brand icons displayed on the Platform are our exclusive intellectual property. Any unauthorized use, replication, or framing shall amount to infringement. If You acquire knowledge of any trademark infringement or copycat services operating under our brand name, You agree to report it immediately to us at agrirasoindia@gmail.com.
12.1. You expressly understand and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
12.2. Prices for any item(s) displayed on the Platform may occasionally be inaccurate due to automated technical indexing issues, data typos, or processing updates. In such exceptional circumstances, AgriRasoi explicitly reserves the right to cancel or modify Your pending delivery order before fulfillment.
12.3. Since AgriRasoi fulfills orders primarily using a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, our delivery validation metrics depend on the location coordinates provided by the user. AgriRasoi accepts no liability for order drops or missed drop-offs resulting from inaccurate positioning, user-side cellular signal timeouts, or wrong addresses provided within the app form.
13.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AgriRasoi, its founders, officers, managers, delivery agents, and representatives from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of any breach or non-performance of any representation, covenant, or agreement made by You pursuant to these Terms.
13.2. In no event shall AgriRasoi or its delivery team be liable to You or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with Your use of or access to the Platform. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, AgriRasoi's maximum total liability under any circumstances shall strictly not exceed the absolute gross billing amount paid by the customer for the specific order to which the liability dispute relates.
15.1. These Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either You or AgriRasoi. If You object to these Terms, You may stop accessing the Platform or remove the application wrapper layout from Your mobile terminal.
15.2. AgriRasoi may block Your future access to the Platform or suspend Your phone number verification privileges at its sole discretion if it is verified that You have placed fake orders, provided intentionally fraudulent delivery coordinates, acted unethically, or violated any terms contained herein.
15.3. Any such account suspension or order cancellation shall not cancel Your direct structural obligation to pay for an actual verified farm-fresh delivery order that was accepted and fulfilled by our delivery team prior to termination.
16.1. These Terms and all delivery fulfillments associated with AgriRasoi shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising directly in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
17.1. For any order-related issues, product quality concerns, or delivery coordinates assistance, You can reach out directly to us for real-time support. We will strive to acknowledge and resolve Your complaints within the strict timelines prescribed under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and other applicable Indian retail regulations.
19.1. By inputting Your information into our mobile checkout portal forms, You hereby expressly agree to receive transaction receipts, dispatch details, order calls, and customer follow-up alerts via automated SMS, telephone voice calls, or messaging applications like WhatsApp on Your registered phone number.
